Once the client’s needs and the scale of the project have been established, we look at the different options for materials and finishes, starting with those listed in the catalogue and, if requested, moving towards customised solutions in collaboration with our design office.

Once the project has been fully elaborated, the design office draws up a quotation which includes all the services necessary to carry out and complete the plan.

Once the timing and costs have been approved, the final order is issued including all the options agreed during the planning phase.

Production is carried out quickly, combining typically artisan craftsmanship with industrial production methods in order to achieve customized products and maximum efficiency.

Delivery is between 4 and 7 weeks, depending on the level of personalization requested. Mandmade guarantees installation of the products in any location, and supports the client with an after-sales service that is able to answer additional requests or further needs even at a later date.
